I blame Ted Kravitz

Before the race started Ted mentioned in the race build up that Michael hadn't lost an engine since Indianapolis 2001 which was really odd. The only reason he mentioned it was to highlight that Alonso's engine faliure was more recent. But it was really an odd thing to mention. So I think he jinxed it. It was either that or Nick and I saying to each other that we thought Michael was taking it easy.

I wonder what this means for Ferrari's homologated engine next year.

Comments:
I blame myself for, for the first time in months, deciding to use my Ferrari mug this morning.

Watching the re-run, Ted's exact, jinx words were 'It's all going to come down to reliability... engine-wise the advantage is with Ferrari'.
