Heikki Kovalainen to be Renault driver - official
So Heikki will partner Fisi, Flav has re-signed for next year. And they've got Nelson Piquet Jr. as a test driver. They're clearly keeping up the idea of bringing promising rookies in to F1.
But this announcement and its timing suggestes that Kimi is definately going to Ferrari.

Well we are all free here. The most important thing about this blog is that while several people can write articles and are encouraged to do so, anyone can comment on them.
But I think this is the best F1 site on the web. And okay I'm probably biased but for me all of the news and comment is here in a digested form. If there is a day when there isn't something on SofaF1 that doesn't mean that nobody could be bothered to put something up it means that nothing really has been going on. Whereas most of the paid for with advertising sites have to publish things simply to justify their existance - and the money they are being paid to run them.
